In accordance with the provisions of IVASS Provision 46/2016 – Complaint management.

For the attention of the Complaints Office
The Complaints Department will respond to the complaint within 45 days of receipt, using the same method used by the complainant to submit the complaint.If the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint or if no response is received within the maximum period of forty-five days, they may contact IVASS, Servizio Vigilanza Intermediari (Intermediary Supervision Service), Via del Quirinale 21, 00187 Rome, accompanying the complaint with the documentation relating to the complaint handled by the Company.With regard to disputes concerning the quantification of benefits and the attribution of liability, please note that the Judicial Authority retains exclusive jurisdiction, in addition to the right to resort to conciliation systems where they exist.
